Objective A home gym that reflects his values as a coach and athlete, while serving both personal and professional purposes.
Overview Simon Foisy is a gym designer, a trainer, and an athlete. Someone who knows gym equipment inside and out. When he set out to build a high-end training space for himself, his family, and his clients, he had a clear vision in mind: quality equipment, optimal function, and a reflection of his passion for performance. Being selected for this project by someone with Simon’s expertise was a source of pride for the Alpha Fitness team.
The Challenge Design a professional-grade home gym that would serve multiple users (including clients), fit the footprint of his home, and reflect Simon’s personal philosophy around fitness and movement. And because this was a family space too, it needed to have a few fun touches, like a climbing wall for his daughter.
