Overview

Toitures OBM, a company known for its expertise in roofing, wanted to offer its hardworking team an on-site fitness space that fits into their demanding schedules. With a focus on versatility, the gym was designed to provide maximum functionality in a compact footprint, ensuring employees have access to a complete workout without sacrificing efficiency.

What Makes This Gym Unique

The in-office gym at Toitures OBM was built with adaptability in mind, allowing employees to train effectively within a limited space:

Optimized Equipment Selection

Machines and accessories were carefully chosen to offer a full-body workout without overcrowding the room.

Custom Lat Pulldown/Mid-Row Combo

A modified version of this machine was designed specifically to accommodate lower ceilings while maintaining full functionality.

Versatility for a Dynamic Team

The gym layout prioritizes flexibility, ensuring employees can make the most of their workout, whether before work, after work, or during a break.

The Challenge

Designing a gym that maximizes functionality within a compact space while considering architectural constraints, such as lower ceilings, was the main challenge. The equipment needed to provide variety without compromising ease of movement.
