Overview Liveo Mascouche didn't want a checkbox amenity. They wanted a gym residents would brag about. In collaboration with Gym Design, we built a residential fitness space that feels premium, purposeful, and aligned with Liveo's promise of generous common areas.

The Challenge Most condo gyms look good in photos and fall short in use. The mandate: handle daily traffic, serve beginners and serious lifters, and fit seamlessly into a community with over 8,000 sq ft of shared spaces.
