Private gyms

We strongly suggest customized equipment to strengthen the branding of the gym and help it stand out from competitors. We tailor suggestions to the type of training offered at that gym (ie: functional gyms, CrossFit, commercial gyms). We contribute to creating a specific vibe and type of energy according to the targeted end-users.

Athletes and teams

Customization is a big component to creating a gym specifically for teams, and gearing them to the athletic requirements of specific sports. Customization is also useful to enhance team spirit and cohesion. We offer suggestions based on our experience and expertise. This can include specialized flooring with integrated deadlift platforms.

Office gyms

Safety and layout are driving factors when designing an office gym. Functionality and user-friendliness are also key considerations. We make sure to design a gym that will address employees’ different training styles. We also put a bigger emphasis on education to help some lesser-experienced employees figure out their way around the gym.

Home gym

Space is often the limiting factor in homes, so we are extra mindful to room dimensions, including ceiling height. We also tend to prioritize multi-functional machines to maximize the gym’s versatility.

Project descriptions

CEPSUM We are currently working on a complete redesign of the gym for Les Carabins, featuring state-of-the-art equipment for a wide range of sports at a competitive level, including football. The gym is designed with a high level of customization to foster team pride and cohesion.

This will be the finest University Athlete’s Gym in Quebec, serving as a model for other universities.

It’s not the CEPSUM, but the Carabins’ private gym – specifically tailored for the football team. I would explicitly state that the Carabins are the University of Montreal’s varsity football team (clients outside of QC won’t necessarily know who they are). Equipment selection and layout are optimized to allow this team to become their absolute best.

We are also working on a commercial bodybuilding gym of 13,000sq. ft with a capacity for an anticipated 1500 members.

(As you stated, the site will evolve with more projects completed. That said, I get the impression that having only 1-2 projects looks a little sad. Not sure if it’s best to collect a few case studies before posting at least 4-5 to debut)
